3-5 strips of cured ham (Bavarian, Parma or Prosciutto, etc)
Rub or spice mix of your choice
Salt
A generous glug of Chance
Instructions
Boil the egg for 4 - 5 minutes and allow to cool before peeling
Hollow out inside of Avocado enough to fit egg (easier if Avocado is not over-ripe)
Season Avocado on inside with the rub or spice mix
Peal egg and fit inside
Add a little salt on top
Fit other half of Avocado and top
Wrap with the ham
Place on baking tray
Add your glug of Chance
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes dependent on how charred you like your ham and how runny you like your egg
(Note - also works well on the BBQ or smoked!)
