Gooey Chilli-chocolate-hazelnut Cookies with Vanilla Ice Cream

The subtle flavours of vanilla ice cream combined with deliciously gooey crushed cookies.
Ingredients
  • 70g plain flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 275 grams East Coast Chilli Company Chilli-chocolate-hazelnut Spread
  • 60g choc chips or chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Mix the flour, egg and East Coast Chilli Company Chilli-chocolate hazelnut Spread until smooth
  3. Fold in the choc chips or chopped hazelnuts
  4. Roll the dough into 3cm-size balls and press into discs on the baking tray
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes and then leave to cool
  6. Serve crumbled over a couple of scoops of your favourite vanilla ice cream
