Like your chicken wings spicy? Ever fancied trying that Man v Food spicy wings challenge?
Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of chicken wings (preferably organic and free range)
  • Half a bottle (at least!) of East Coast Chilli Company Extra Hot Habanero and Naga sauce
Instructions
  1. Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour over the East Coast Chilli Company Extra hot Habanero and Naga sauce (Reason)
  2. Toss the wings until they're all evenly coated (use a spoon for this, not your fingers!)
  3. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes although the longer the better, preferably in the fridge for a couple of hours or even overnight.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  5. Drain and reserve the marinade.
  6. Scatter wings onto a lightly oiled baking tray and cook on middle shelf of oven for 30 minutes
  7. After 30 minutes, drain off any excess oil, add the reserve marinade and toss well.
  8. Increase oven temp to 200°C, return to the oven for a further 30 minutes, tossing a few times to coat in the glaze as they cook.
  9. Serve on a platter.
