Fast and east starter or lunchtime snack for fans of pizza and hot sauce.
- French baguette
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Tomato puree
- Dried oregano
- East Coast Chilli Company Chipotle ketchup
- Slice the bread into two halves and lightly toast them under the grill.
- Mix one tablespoon of tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil and East Coast Chilli Company Chipotle ketchup and spread generously over the bread. Cover in grated cheese or mozzarella and grill until the cheese bubbles.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste and devour.
