Hot & Spicy Beef and Red Lentil Soup
If you’ve taken the trouble to make the Hot & Spicy Beef Casserole (and I really hope you have) and have any left over, you may find there’s quite a lot of the cooking liquor left. This is the perfect way to make sure you don’t lose any of that wonderful taste and aroma.
- Left-over Hot & Spicy Beef Casserole
- 100g Red lentils per serving
- Thoroughly rinse the lentils to remove the starch and add to a saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer on a low heat, stirring occasionally until the lentils are soft and have soaked up most of the cooking liquor.
